Colin and Lyle had some things in common.

Both were divorced, both were attractive, and both had decided to start new ventures in life working in business property speculation.
But after they had started dating as well, it turns out that Colin had taken a big misstep and agreeing to a substantial outlay of capital without getting Lyle's agreement.

Colin suggested they come up with a fitting penalty for her to pay should they lose money on the deal she had committed them to prematurely. But she is taken by surprise when she hears Lyle's suggestion.
