Well researched and thoughtful, and brought a perspective I didn't expect on the topic. I appreciate the 7 practical steps he's provided, and I especially like the 7th, where he advises you to use overthinking to your advantage. It's not all just a problem to solve! I also got a kick out of the chapter "confessions of an overthinker", which added an entertaining touch. :)
