I am a chronic over thinker, and this book brought a lot of my bad habits to my attention. There are lists of coping mechanisms that I plan on using in my daily life. The narrator does an amazing job of sounding earnest and sympathetic, which is good with the emotional subject matter. Definitely give it a shot!
