Great tips, narrator sounded like the early male versions of Siri tho. Needed to sound softer and more comforting IMO

Narration was tough to get through

The audiobook is mundane. A lot is obvious but a great reference. I would recommend the book over the audio version

This has been one of the few books I have found difficult to complete. The contents of the book is very insightful and does what this book sets out to do in a self help book, but the narrator was extremely hard to get through. His voice is very slow and low pitched, that makes it hard to listen and pay attention without thinking of something else or getting tired. Great book, but the narrator is the main reason I gave this book the score that I did.

Short and practical , I like it. Remember to apply it as well. Check it out!

You'd pay big bucks to get this exact same information from a therapist. Although the delivery would probably be smoother. Narration was dry and monotone.

The book is not a silver bullet but it offers some great items for your tool box.

Great value.
