Much better than first 2 books!

I didn't like the first 2 books much. I hung in there because I like the author. The third and fourth books were good. Ellie isn't my favorite main character. She's getting a little better as the books progressed. I absolutely love Zane. He's awesome!! Little to no spice in this series. They are all virgins. I'm not sure they go past kissing in the first 2 books. I'm not one that needs the crazy spice but this was super mild. Book 4 ends with a big cliffhanger. You might want to wait for the series to be completed

Definitely a Mood Read/Listen

(this book raises the heat level- think Dexter/ CSI) This storyline has some twists and turns . I would most definitely categorize it as a mood read/ listen . However, as an art piece, the two narrators do an amazing job, and Chapter 24 is the best chapter in the book . The contrasts between spice and other are so perfectly balanced with the humor that Zane brings 🖤
