this book was better than I thought it was going to be, I'm actually looking forward to the next one.

A great book

I rather liked this book but I can't understand why the author would not continue the series and only come out with two books hopefully the author will start writing book three

Phenomenal introduction to this world through one of it's most complex and interesting characters. There's a hint of the larger world within this very focused story that makes me want to read so much more.

Overall a good story!

Trevor Jones brought a world of characters together to bring a great story to life. The plot, characters, and overall cadence worked well. Audio Version: David Hunsdale did a great job. There were some quality issues here and there but not too often.

New Take on Vampires!

This audiobook is a very unique take on vampirism. Penta Ka Wa becomes an unwilling recipient of the vampire curse; now he must find a way to control his newfound urges and powers before he is consumed by evil. This story leads you into an amazing world surrounded by Magic, Wizards, and Elves. The narration provided by David Hunsdale is excellent. I received this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
