Safety and leadership in one

This book could have been written in half the time. But it included leadership skills along with safety leadership ideas which I appreciated. Even though it was easy to listen to, it gave such good ideas and thoughts that I found my mind wandering with what I had just listen to. I had to re-listen which is good not a complaint. I would recommend this book.

A must read for Safety Professional and Supervisor

If you want to advance your safety program forget the "old" thinking of needing Top Management Support, get this book and you will have a clear path to safety excellence.

Very good,easy, and necessary for all has a small, medium, or large impact depending on where you are at on your journey to placing leadership and safety in perspective. it's not a one and done and I'm glad it states as is its just a step I'm the many more that you will add from now on to your knowledge and experience.
