I made a mistake in buying this book.

I didn’t realize that it was for dealing with difficult people IN THE WORK PLACE. No where is that stated. I thought it was for difficult people in general. I’m very disappointed.

Mediocre subject and narrating. Took me a few days since it didn’t really grab me.

Thought this was a book for effective communication. the moral of the story is to tell on your colleagues/teammates. reads more like a HR manual.

Thought it helps with communication by giving tips but like it’s a HR related. Did not care for it wish I could get my free credit back!

can be used as a reference book or read cove to cover. Gave really great answers to address bosses, supervisors, subordinates, customers, and even the reader's own stumbling blocks.
