This does not mean wearing your heart on your sleeve or prying into the other person's private life, but just "taking in" and "giving out" relevant aspects of what makes each of you a person: your choices, reflections (thoughts about thoughts and actions), emotions-spirit-personality (ESP), and mindfulness (presence). When aspects of these four are on the table between you, uniquenesses can meet, and your communicating can be as personal as possible.
