This book was amazing for making a simple, helpful, healthful, meal plan each week. The recipes are all pretty tasty and they make life easier. The only disadvantage was that some ingredients/ingredient amounts were not properly listed. It's a very productive book for Beginners. Overall an amazing book.

I have made from this book. Most of the recipes require a fair amount of prep time in the kitchen, however the ingredients used are basic and easy to find in my local grocery store.
