No good deed goes unpunished. After sparing an NPC from humiliation at the hand of a player hell-bent on playing ‘doctor’, Commander Hunter Dyson returned to Centros. He should have received a hero’s welcome, but what he got instead was a shift working in the monitoring room, a thankless, tedious job that not even a Luigi would find fulfilling.
Luckily, Dyson has help in the form of a mystery woman who helped him navigate the complex system of Eclipso Entertainment. The woman, known only as ‘Claire’, helped him obtain a base within a forgotten game, one with its own portal system he could use to enter the other games in EE’s library. Finally free from the council, Dyson seeks out to help those who cannot help themselves.
During his adventures, Dyson discovered that the mod that allows him to engage in pleasure time with female characters wasn’t the only part of his program with corrupted data. His talent tree is messed up, and the lines that separated his abilities have begun to blur. Dyson didn’t know if the harvesting tree would steal a spell from a target, siphon 1,000 HP, or glitch him out of existence. He couldn’t avoid using the abilities, not when some of the players he faced were twice his level, or more. Like all good men, Dyson clenched his teeth and pushed on, even if it will eventually destroy him.
Player Slayer is a Gamelit, LitRPG adventure that revolves around the lives of video game characters in their own environments. Expect adventure, satire, magic, weapons, experience points, leveling, talent trees, loot, a bit of 4th wall breaking, attractive video game female characters, adult scenarios that aren’t intended for young readers, and maybe a fun time. Player Slayer will be released in episodes (roughly ten chapters each), with volume sets coming down the pipeline. Note that there is no Master Set (every episode in one book) planned at this time.
