Sooner or later, every RPG protagonist faces betrayal.

After narrowly escaping Predator Evolved, Commander Hunter Dyson found himself unarmed and alone. Dyson couldn’t save his teammates without arming himself, so he followed Piper’s suggestion to enter Blood Mask, a vampire-themed noir with a sword that met his needs. Getting the sword was easier than anticipated, but he couldn’t have predicted returning to base with another companion in tow.

With a new vampire teammate, Dyson set off to level up and obtain enough powerful loot to help him stand a chance against the rogue superheroes and villains who were spreading across Eclipso Entertainment like wildfire. As always, trouble found him, but not in the form of another powerful foe blocking his path. The evidence suggested that the connection was strong, but no one answered his request to return to base. It wasn’t like Piper to ignore him, so he quickly accepted that something, or someone, wanted to keep him out of the picture.

Player Slayer is a Gamelit, LitRPG adventure that revolves around the lives of video game characters in their own environments. Expect adventure, satire, magic, weapons, experience points, leveling, talent trees, loot, a bit of 4th wall breaking, attractive video game female characters, adult scenarios that aren’t intended for young readers, and maybe a fun time. Player Slayer will be released in episodes (roughly ten chapters each), with volume sets coming down the pipeline. Note that there is no Master Set (every episode in one book) planned at this time.
