It starts with healing her body - that sweet skin, that gorgeous smile. She’s my latest physical-therapy patient, and I don’t mind stretching her out one bit.

But something’s off with her injury. It doesn’t match her story. When I find out the truth, I know I need to make sure nothing ever hurts her again.

That’s when I make her all mine - every single inch of her.

But her rich a-hole father isn’t about to let her go. He thinks he can use her as a pawn in his business dealings.

I’m not about to let her get taken advantage of again. She’s mine now, and I don’t let anyone touch what I own.

I don’t care about right or wrong. I only care about her.

The narration was horrible. I have listened to other books narrated by the male narrator and he has never sounded like this. The story in and of itself is far from engaging or gripping. It was boring, unrealistic and lacking. I am glad this is included with audible plus because if I had paid for it, I would have been way more disappointed. I can't leave a book unfinished so, I made a deal with myself to buy a book I really want just to finish this one.

I had to bribe myself to finish this.

So here is my question why is it if the male lead is suppose to have grown up on the Virginia his whole life and has a physical therapy practice in Texas. Then why are the narrators giving him a Pre-Civil War down south accent. Last I check the story isn't about Colonel Sanders and his love of finger-licking good chicken.

What's with the Colonel Sanders voice?

The narration is alright but she did zero research for this book, especially the business aspect is so far from reality it's cringe worthy! Save yourself the pain and skip this one.

Ridiculous

I am a B.B.Hamel fan, but is not a good example of previous works that I've read. The male narrator did sound awful. The characters were wimpy. I was hoping that if held out until the ending would redeem this mess of a story. It did not. There are currently only 3 books available on Audible and this was a let down.

Narrator is Horrible, story not great either...
