I started with this book/audio
I didn’t realise it was pet of a series. I picked up on most of the storyline I believe. It does end in a solid hook and I’d like to read at least book one to learn more about certain characters and why they are all connected.

I think I’d recommend this series but I do think you shouldn’t be like me and start at book 1 🤣

WOWZA

That guy John is one evil son of a gun. I feel sorry for his son Owen who is a sweetheart and terrified of his dad. John manipulates everyone, using them as pawns in his sick game. I need to listen to the next book.

The narrators, Jason Clarke, Tim Paige, Cindy Kay, and Krys Jane are brillant in their performances.

Where's Book 4??

The author and narrators have again published a entertaining work. I'm left wanting more answers and to see where the characters go from here, and which direction Rebecca will take. Can't wait to listen to the next book, hopefully it isn't too long before it's out!

Interesting

This is my first book and I am intrigued. Even though this is part of a series I didn't feel lost listening to it. I am interested in going back to the beginning to get more background of the characters but I still enjoyed listening to this story and it ends keeping you wanting more.

Angst and passion

I was very invested in Rebecca and Cade. So i was so excited to listen to part 3 of this series. Jason Clarke, Cindy Kay and Tim Paige and Krys Janae all did a fantastic job. There was a lot of vulnerability, angst and emotional conflict. I really could not stop listening.
