Principles of Economics is a university-level textbook in economics that offers a clear and concise exploration of the most important economic concepts.

This book is unapologetically Austrian in its approach. It tackles major economic concepts and topics independently, but in a logical sequence aimed at delivering the listener an understanding of economics at an individual and societal level, and the widespread implications of economics as a topic. The first part of the book introduces the foundational concepts in economics and the Austrian method, the second part of the book introduces the actions that individual humans perform to economize.

After two decades of studying and learning economics at university level, this book represents the knowledge of economics I would have liked to have when I was 17.

World class as always

Excellent stories and descriptions to explain economics in a logical way for anyone interested regardless of background or expertise

A book everyone should read!

Saifedean is a modern day Mises or Rothbard. This book is an exceptional breakdown of TRUE economics and how the modern world should work and would be improved under a sound economic system

An intuitive way into the Austrian school.

It's very good in many of the core concepts of the Austrian school, delivering them with elegance in its simplicity. I think anyone without an interest in economics would value this book. This book also suffers towards the end in many direct attacks and invalidating other schools of thought and fields of study. All and all a good book with some bias and lack of self criticism. I still would recommend it and deeply encourage to read from other schools of though.

Truly Enlightening and Much Needed Book

I wish this amazing book was the textbook used for my economics class in college way back. This great book, and Austrian economics, actually make sense. I remember that my economics class never made sense. Now I know why.
