Provocative because I sought her out with no intention of touching her. But now I have. Now I want her. Now I have to have her. But that changes nothing. It doesn't change why I came for her.

Awesome book

Lisa Renee jones awesome author, love this series already just purchased the second one , love the narrators , Grace Grant one of my favorite, Lance Greenfield too 😘😘😘

An amazingly hot romantic murder mystery

Ms Jones wrote another great story with every aspect covered. Intriguing characters, very interesting mystery, an amazingly hot sex. The only draw back was the narrators. If they can’t read the same characters thru-out it’s very confusing. This was more than that. Neither did the opposite sex very well and Ms Grant’s version of Nick Roberts was horribly distracting. She did slow motion to try to make it sound male but it didn’t work. Great story and worth listening to regardless of narration.

Good but…

So this is obv part one of a series, so the issues aren’t resolved in this book, so it’s kind of a cliffy. But you could potentially walk away at the end if you are ok with knowing the MMC will take care of the FMC. That said, this was kind of lackluster for me, which is not like this author. I really expected more. There is a lot going on story-wise, so the potential is there, but it just isn’t all that gripping. The steamy bits are excellent for sure, but the suspense parts are just “meh”. I’m not on the edge of my seat or anything. I not interested enough to go on to the next book. I zoned out several times and had to rewind to figure out what was going on. The narrators are excellent though. That’s about it. Overall disappointing. Sorry. 3/5.

Love this storyline and narration

I love the author, the narrators was great, it was like watching a movie with your eyes closed!
