Mike Page fled Ironwood Flats, Texas the moment he tossed his high school cap in the air and never looked back. But when his little sister, Annie, is suddenly left raising two kids on her own, one desperate call brings him right back to the one place he swore he’d never return. I really enjoy this novella. I am always left wanting more from Mike and Bella!

Perfect Fall Novella

This was such a fun novella that was just what I needed! I loved the dynamic between these two and how she realized that she may have been wrong about him and that people do change. The narrators did such a great job, I ate this up!

Cute and short story

Fun story to listen to around Halloween. Narration was pleasant and I enjoyed the characters. Just give it a try !

Meh

Wish it had more spooky vibes then just the one part. I enjoyed the lost love and rebuilding. I do wish it had more of a surrounding to Halloween based off the name. It was cute to watch them grow back to being friends and then more

Didnt enjoy the characters

The constant ogling of the MMC butt through the MFC POV was annoying. The two are clearly adults and yet we’re hung up on something in high school. The MFC was so upset about it, but as soon as they talked about it she basically folded and was all “oh it’s okay, how could have known!”
It all felt forced, the characters seemed flat on the page.
