Are you ready to master Quantum Physics fast through just four bizarre discoveries, even if you’ve got zero prior experience or training in the subject?

Then keep reading....

In 1965, the great American physicist Richard Feynman famously proclaimed, “I think I can safely say that nobody understands Quantum Mechanics." Is there any wonder why?

Particles that pop in and out of existence....

Spooky action at a distance that travels faster than light....

Infinite universes and branching realities….

Most people, unfortunately, were never taught how wonderful and spectacular quantum physics really and truly is in school....

And the ones who do receive formal training are overwhelmed with advanced mathematics that only makes sense to a fraction of the population....

In this book, we will break through the confusion and reveal to you the most important ideas of quantum physics, told through the amazing true story of just four bizarre discoveries–many of which were made completely by accident!

In Quantum Physics, Into the Light, you’ll discover:

  • How one young physicist accidentally discovered quantum physics with a math trick and changed our entire understanding of light and matter forever.
  • The true secret nature of light (get ready to be extremely confused).
  • How a playful riddle about a dead cat started as a joke but later smashed our entire interpretation of reality forever.
  • How a man you’ve never heard of took us to the brink of a Theory of Everything (and why we’re not there yet).
  • And a whole lot more!

So if you’re ready to master quantum physics fast (and in plain English), buy this audiobook now!

That’s an interesting topic. The narrator is great. I will have to listen again and soak up more of the the authors points. I liked the short chapters and easy to reference later. Electrons, cats, and puzzles make the subject more fun.

This book tells the extensive history of quantum physics and its storied origins.
The scientific explanations are rich including: Newton’s theories of waves and electro magnetism, Einstein’s ideas of light particles, and the quantum field theory. The known forces of the universe and explanations emerge to form the standard model of quantum physics. The amount of “strange facts” in this book will amaze and they make up what we appreciate as the beauty of the universe. It shows us much about what the nature of the universe is in space, energy, matter and time.

Is there anything better than geeking out on quantum information? I think not. This is such a current and relevant topic and is only going to become even more so. This book does an excellent job of describing the history of quantum and related discoveries and I feel smarter now lol. I personally didn't know the difference between dark matter and dark energy (hint: one is WAY more abundant than the other in our universe!). It was also fascinating to learn why it is that radiation is harmful to humans. Lots of great info here, and not over your head like some other books on this subject matter can get. The author keeps things pretty light, as evidenced in one of the humorously titled sections "how to tame an atom bomb".
