The characters need to be checked out for IBS

I love this series and I couldn't wait for this book but my god, could the author needs to figure out a new way if I took a shot every time that the character said my gut clenched or my stomach clenched i'd be suffering alcohol poisoning after the first chapter he will literally repeat the same cliche, like 9 times in a row, the characters would be like my stomach clenched, my stomach clenched, my guts clenched, like my God, dude, go, get checked out for ibs, for the love of all that's good and holy otherwise I love this series

Nate Johnson delivers another solid entry in The End of Times series, and Braxton Wilhelmsen’s narration fits the tense, uncertain tone perfectly. I really enjoyed following Cassie and Jake as they struggled to survive when the world completely fell apart. The story captures that raw mix of fear, loss, and determination that comes when there’s no one left to trust.
