I heard someone mention this on a Rohan podcast. It was just a brief comment, but it caught my attention. So I found it on audible and listened to it. We are brainwashed into believing it is torture to quit nicotine. We imagine horrible withdraws and days of headaches and shakes. Bullsh!t, that is all in our heads and taught to us by the industry. Follow this book to freedom from nicotine.

I only focused on the good from this book. I vowed to not find fault in the writing so I couldn't go back and say "it didn't work", I started smoking when my sister gave me one so I couldn't tell anyone, cuz I did it. From that point the addiction was all mine and I must stop killing myself with nicotine.

It's been five days now since I smoked my last cigarette and I am so very happy with the knowledge that I did it and nobody but god was there in the way I needed. At $22.00 a day, I have now saved $110.00 to be added to my travel jar. At $154.00 per week, that's $8008.00 a year for the travel jar. I'll be sipping virgin margaritas on a private beach, somewhere in the world. I won't have to worry about getting my nic fix, so I'll have a lot of free time. And every time I don't us÷e nicotine I'll have that much more money to really enjoy and not lie to myself saying the cigarette helped or calmed me. When I know that's a lie and it causes the calm found in just one lung full.
This book opened my eyes to the truth about cigs and nic. This book literally turned my world upside down.
If you want to quit too, absorb this book so the information is second nature to action.
Something different about this method is the reader continues to smoke through the book. Part 4 is when you smoke your last cigarette and it's powerful to know others are the same boat at this moment and more as time passes. Prepare so you don't throw $11..00 in the garbage, but to have 2 cigs for beginning part 4. Smoke 1 when you play and soon together you will have your last. I did it. Im so happy I have this knowledge in me. If I'm honest, this is the last time I and other's pretend that fire does not burn.
This audiobook is a must if you want to free yourself from the bondage of nicotine.

I quit, so can you. Information more powerful than Nicotine is the k÷ey.
