I was looking for an introduction to the mechanics of real estate fund establishment and management. Sal delivers just that in this book.

The structure of Raising Real Money: Real Estate Funds Uncovered was clear and concise. The concepts were simply presented and easy to follow for listeners new to the topic.

The later part of the book offered tons of excellent materials to take away, invluding self assessment metrics and evaluation criteria to help fund managers best align their interest with investors.

A great book for aspiring and seasoned fund managers alike!
