This book is overflowing with outstanding ideas for building and keeping a referral network. The ideas come at you so fast and furiously, I had initially been listening to the audiobook while driving. I decided it would be better to listen when less occupied, so that I could make copious notes in a work notebook so that I would not forget them later. Some of the ideas are a little impractical, unless you already have established a large and lucrative referral network and have substantial disposable income, such as some of the referral appreciation events that are described. Some are certainly more practical and scaled down, however, and I plan to utilize quite a few of these immediately in my business. The only true negative I would say is that the apparently AI generated audio is so filled with unusual pauses and mispronunciations as to be distracting at times. Still, for a loan officer trying to build their business, this is worth the listen.
