I did not like the books and it is my fault for buying it . However it did spark some reflection. I find it interesting that the author speakers very matter-of-fact about how westsides methods don’t work but the conjugate that HE does now does work . Very closed minded way of thinking and begs the question who has more world champions? I don’t know the answer to that question. However I do know from video evidence that westsides conjugate sure does seem to work for many people . Now there may be a thought in regards to that comment that consist of “well they are on steroids” and what I may respond to that comment would be ………….. THEY . ARE . ALL . ON. STEROIDS. Tested and untested . In every sport in the entire world . Yes there may be a select few genetic anomalies that is why they are referred to as anomalies.

Google will have more answers than this book.

Everything in the book can be found online in 5 minutes. This seems like a money grab. The guy who wrote it has a page dedicated to making money publishing. I do not recommend.
