So insightful and actionable

I’ve been reading relationship books for years and this provides insight for so many different areas, it’s really insightful. I learned so much about how I’ve been bringing unhealthy behaviors into my life and why. It is told with a great combination of science and personal story telling. I feel like I have a much more clear action plan that I could quickly start putting in place in all different types of relationships.

I’ve already seen many relationships in my life shift drastically. So grateful for this book!
