Small town love

A fight for the survival of a small town by its citizens changes the mind of billionaires mind about the town.

very well written dialogs

no reference to any physical interaction but suddenly they're married, doesn't need to be graphic, some revenues to sex and a hot night or two. maybe write an A version and a B version if people are too delicate to hear the sex word. but when I think of a romance there has to be romantic activity there.
