Good Story, Horrible narrator

The narrator is AI. I knew that going in, but having a male voice for a female protagonist was just weird. Also, the AI would say words wrong, like, bow. The author meant "bow" as in "kowtow", but the narrator said it like Minnie Mouse has a red bow on her head.
Either way, I will read the book myself. I like the story but can't get past the narrator.

Cute story. Definitely has potential. luckily you can set the speed to 2X because it was the only way to get through the crappy narration.

Virtual Voice narration is the bane of any good audiobook, I wish it were voice audio

Horrible Virtual Narration

I have started listening to books narrated by virtual voice before but did not finish because I don’t care for it. I toughed this one out and what a waste. Never again! I will pass up any book with virtual voice. There is no emotion, voice inflections not correct and last but not least; virtual narration of a sex scene is laughable, boring, flat!!!!
