BEST real estate book to date!!!!!

I’m currently taking the BOLD class taught by the author, Steve Schueter. Being a dog rescue fanatic and a passionate Realtor, I downloaded the book during the first class.

What I didn’t expect was the impact it would have on me. I’ve been a Realtor for just one year. I’ve had a couple closings, but not yet the success I truly desire. Reading about the main character, Michael, hit home—his struggles mirrored so many of mine.

This book gave me the playbook for touching my database—something I really needed. I’ve built a strong database of friends, neighbors, and open house guests, but I’ve always felt awkward calling them because it seemed “too salesy.” I’d heard of FORD before, but it finally clicked through this book.

The way it’s written is brilliant. Yes, it teaches real estate strategies, but it’s more than that. It tells the story of one very relatable Realtor, Michael. Yes, he is a composite of many,, but I still found myself rooting for him!
