Love the characters

I love the characters they show the strengths and weaknesses to each other so they can both be strong together

This is a crossover story with 'Masters & Mercenaries' series and with Susan Stokers Badge of Courage series book 'Justice For Milena'. I high recommend reading Milenas story first as it is more of a prequel and Sadie is a main character. I tried listening without first hearing Milena and was just confused. This story continues Sadie's story where that one left off.

Though this story is shorter than Susan's typical story it still contains a wallop. We first see Chase in Rescuing Rayne. He is Rayne's brother. That is just another reason I like series, one big family. He shows himself to be as Alpha protective as the others even then. This story and Chase as also has a tie in with 'Rescuing Bryn'. I was amazed & delighted when that came out. There are a lot of tidbits of other story in this one.

I loved this story. It was emotional, had passion and action. It was everything you look for in love story.

🔹This book takes off like jet fuel! I was MESMERIZED by both Sadie and Chase!
The beginning was hard to swallow - Very Dark!! Reminded me of the "Warren Jeff's" Fundamentalist Polygamist - Pedophile story! UHH! Serious stuff!
The action is electrifying and made me look over my shoulder at the grocery store!!! AHHH!

🔹Although Chase is very forward, his character is likable and I was rooting for both lead characters! Chase is a Gentleman, old fashion and a romantic! Chase is a CHAMPION!!!YESSSS!!!!!

🔹Sadie is a strong female ~ tenacious, graceful, strong mentally and physically and a fearless WARRIORESS!!! BRAVA!!!

🔹The overall FLOW to this book is ...upbeat, provocative, gripping and hair-raising!!! My only complaint was that it was too short! I was praying for a few more thrilling & steamy chapters! Overall I adored this book!
