the information was easy to follow, and I got quite a bit of good information out of this book. None of the information was new to me but the way it was presented gave me some new directions

very informative

Very good info: I heard the author speaking on Dave Asprey’s podcast and was immediately intrigued. The author speaks in a genuinely normal, calming tone; unfortunately, the narrator for this Audible version speaks in an excited, hyper fashion, which makes it difficult to absorb the information. It is difficult to discern the transitions of topics covered. Stories and information that were covered by the author on the podcast are unfortunately lost in this narration. I want to say to the narrator, please slow down and take a breath. However, more power to you for your enthusiasm.
