I've been a huge fan of RC Bray for a long time. He is the reason I purchased this book, but this story definitely made me a fan of Dean M. Cole.

Great series with a very human feel

Great series !!! Great start hopefully there is more coming ! The characters are believable and fun !

Sector 64 book 2

I found this series well worth the listen. It has a new take on aliens compared to other stories. Here the humans or rather human progenitors are the top of the food chain. I was not appalled by some cliches that were used nor was I irritated by some characters as some reviewers implied. It seems few listeners did not like the female character cause they considered her weak and/or whiny. While listening I found her capable and rather normal.
R C Bray is my narrator of choice for sci fi books and he does, as usual, fantastic job.
