In Return of the Devil, the cracks in Joseph Banbury’s universe have unleashed chaos.

Six years after the Epoch, a parasitic force—born of the Abstract and feeding on the instability of creation—threatens to consume reality itself. As nightmares spill into the world, the new Morningstar Tribe must reunite with Joseph, the God who abandoned them, and uncover the truth he tried to bury.

Now, with Earth collapsing and Hell unraveling, the only hope for restoring balance lies in the unthinkable—the return of the Devil. Their journey will take them through the Axis Mundi, across a scorched and broken Earth, and into the inferno Joseph created to forget. Together, they must survive the Infernum Trials, confront their deepest traumas, and rally behind the very being Joseph once condemned.

Because only the Devil can save them now.

The use of the AI reader is AWFUL!

There was no drama or feeling to the text...obviously. It just made it hard to listen to. Probably just going to pick up the print version. Hopefully I get the chance to sit down and read it.

AI voice..... Blah

I really enjoyed the first two books, but this one is different. I really didn't like it as much. It was missing the soul that seemed behind the rest of the story. I didn't dislike it, but maybe it's the AI voice. It mispronounced things all over the place, from names of characters to places and words, and the inflection is waaayy off. I don't know, I wanted to like this more.
