Rivers YES! Stella NO!

The story was great! Rivers’ voice was sexy and perfect but the voice for Stella was horrible. She sounded like a news anchor. Very hard to listen to.

Emotional, angst-fill and I loved it1

I originally read Rivers by SL Scott when it was first released and loved it! So when I had a chance to listen to the audio as well, I jumped at the chance! Narrators Jacob Morgan and Grace Grant were amazing as Rivers and Stella. It brought the story to life for me in a whole new way and I loved it even more!

We finally get Rivers story in, wait for it, Rivers by S.L. Scott a second chance romance that was an emotional ride! Stella and Rivers loved each other, but when Rivers left, it left them both missing a big part of themselves. Now Rivers is rock star with all the perks that includes. He has everything, but the one thing he truly wants.

Stella has tried to move on from Rivers, but how can you move on from a man that has stolen your heart? Her life has not gone as planned and she is struggling day-to-day. But now he is back but has no idea what her life has been like since he left. Can they find a way to forgive and love again?

Rivers by S.L. Scott is everything this author is known for, emotional and angst-filled journeys with a touch of suspense and I loved every minute of it, both the eBook and audio! I love the Crow Brothers and Rivers just stole my heart! Another great listen from S.L. Scott!

2 words.......Crow Brothers

I am so glad to finally hear River's story!! S.L. Scott never disappoints. She knows exactly what the heart wants to hear!! Love The Crow Brothers!! Make sure to listen to the Everest Brothers series too. Love how all her characters are linked in the different series.

Female voice didn’t fit

The female voice was the voice of an older woman. Made it really hard to listen to. Jacob Morgan has such a sexy voice, hers did not fit at all.

It just goes on and on

This book just goes on and the plot gets boring. It could have ended sooner. The reader is normally good but no in this story. I used a credit so I pushed through but knew the ending and every plot twist before it happens.
