Outstanding, this is worth every dollar. If you would like to know Robert’s Rules of Order in detail look no further.

Extremely helpful.

This book is extraordinarily dense, however, it is extremely helpful in understanding the rules of a properly functioning board and how one many operate most effective within such an organization or society.

Not for the board of directors

This is over the head for most people. I was looking for some quick information on conducting board meetings. Worthless. I wasted a book.
