Hell yeah lol

My second Bond novel by Gardner. I just can’t help but enjoy these. I totally lost track of what was happening in the chaotic final scenes (starting to suspect a confusing climax is something of a Gardner-ism) but I had a blast anyway. Narration is quite solid, as I recall, although it’s been a few months since I listened, so apologies for being light on detail. Bonus points for a scene where Bond plays Warhammer with the villain lol.

Somewhat dated story lines but still entertaining.
The technology the story uses as its base is amusing compared to today.

Fine story by Mr. Gardner with believable characters and Bond at his Best! I enjoyed the ride via podcast.

ending was a real disappointment. the story had potential, but the author was apparently late or something and rushed it. skip this one.

boring pointless bond story

this book has no purpose. it's slow, boring, and low stakes for Bond. I can't recommend at all
