BLAIR BELLAMY's luck for the past year has been tenuous, at best. Nothing is going right. She lost her job, her relationship and now, her housing.

She needs something—just one thing—to go right. And when she downloads the Roomie app, she thinks she's headed in the right direction. That's until . . .

ELIJAH CUNNINGHAM's life is simple. He has a job that doesn't drain him, a workout routine he's perfected, and favors his own company over anybody else's. Teased all his life for being a homebody, imagine his surprise when the woman of his dreams shows up on his doorstep. He's not looking for a roommate, but something about Blair won't let him leave her alone . . .

Contains mature themes.

enjoyed the story but the female narrator just doesn't match. Her accent is too strong and I'm from this area of NC. It takes away from the enjoyment of the story especially her imitation of the male character.

overall enjoyed

So sugary sweet, and who doesn't love a geeky/ nerdy guy?I really enjoyed reading about how they discover love amongst each other in such a tender way. Not as important but, the voice actors didn't really match the youth of the characters..

One of my favorite books from Shon

I love this story so much. I already had the book, but the audio adaptation is chef’s kiss! The southern accents in the narration was delicious.

My favvvvvv!

"I love you whole and not in pieces" is what so many women want to hear...for Eli to express himself like that, it smoothed all challenges between them out. Bella's ex was a stupid jerk (trying to teach her a lesson that backfired)...and that Mama was extra too

The story was sweet, I appreciate how they built a friendship before going "there" despite the apparent physical attraction. The MFC took time to reflect and process her breakup and relationship with her parents. I think how the parental relationship was handled, especially regarding her new relationship, was incomplete but not worth losing a star. The male narrator is an amazing narrator, I love his voice and expressiveness but he's not the best fit for these kind of books. Overall, I enjoyed the book and recommend it.

Cute Story
