Wow!

This was different & in a great way. Loved how this story flowed. This was my first story I’ve listened to from this Author. Loved this couples story & how complicated their love story was. How we are introduced to the characters that will obviously be in the next book. I’m intrigued.
So of course I basically got this because of Jacob Morgan. Which of course he rocked it, I love his voice. Stephanie Rose has a great voice & I enjoyed her reading as well.

I listened to this a few months back so I don't remember a ton of specifics. What I do remember, though, was that I thought the heroine was very frustrating. She was always doing childish things, which a friend of mine blamed on her being sheltered, but I wish she would have grown up.

Great story!

I could listen to the male narrator all day, but the female narrator sounded like sh was trying to seduce with every word she spoke. She could've toned that down some in my opinion.

To sayI loved it would be understating!!!
Non stop action, dirty deals , dirtier people, hot alphas, hotter sex..... love, betrayal, honor, killing, disappointment, love and you better grow the f**k up quick chickie ( lead female)......well you get the idea now get the book it does not disappoint!
The narration is so good that Stephanie had me hating the lead female, I wanted to rip her out of the pages and smack some sense in her!! And Jacob (swoon) .......,... he could make the US tax rolls sexy.....,.

I enjoyed the desantis trilogy

really enjoyed this series! the narration was a little stiff but it was a very enjoyable read. high spice and heavy mafia themes. really well done.
