This book is phenomenal. Gabe Jackson and Lori Turner start out with a slow burn then ignite! Add Max, Gabe’s injured, retired Army bomb dog, Gabe’s Army buddies, Lori’s best friend , Lori parents, and a bit of drama, and we have a winner! Rylie did an excellent job bringing the characters to life.
