Excellent review of leadership

This is more than just scrum. This is a mindset adjustment to great servant leadership and coaching for most teams and those thinking about developing their own leadership.

great book for rookie scrum masters.

great book for rookie scrum masters such as myself. This book gives a plethora of knowledge to the reader via user stories on what they might encounter on their new career path.

Good content - audio not so good

With just over 2 hours left, significant reduction in dictation speed. It’s not really correctable with the playback speed. Also, several changes in audio recording are very evident. It’s just no consistent. I find that quite annoying.
