The Admiral retells some of his experiences. They are ALL interesting. I could have listened to more stories, it was that enjoyable.

An outstanding book and even better that the narration is done by Admiral McRaven himself and not some jabroni who is a pain to listen to. Amazing story of a life of service to country. Bravo sir! Thank you for your service.

I'm Overboard for This Book.

Metaphorically speaking-- I could not begin to put this book down. I listened to 'Sea Stories', in one sitting. I've read thousands of books in my 60 plus years, and I would put this 'read' easily in my top five.

Admiral McRaven is an amazing story teller and the stories are just as amazing. One of the best audio books I’ve ever listened to.
