it answered a lot of questions about the SoT that previously I had missed... I'm already a pirate legend but the story really helps.

The voices for each of the characters we're all very well done and the sound effects from the game in the background were an amazing touch that made it all the more immersive. I really felt like I was there. Or even was sitting in a tavern, listening to the story being told over a grog!

This is hands-down one of the best stories that connects a video game or pre-established lore to new facts and information which expands upon said lore.

I thoroughly loved every second of the present-day crew and how we the audience were learning things through the eyes of the main character Larinna. It was so much fun hearing why cannons can shoot pirates out of them, why pirates can die and come back to life and explaining and hearing the history of the different legendary chests and curses in the game.

It was equally as enjoyable hearing the origin story being told by the crew in the past and seeing how everything was tying together and establishing the current lore that we have learned to love by playing the game.

I cannot wait for the next book and I cannot wait to get all of the comics/graphic novels. This is an amazing community and the content keeps giving us so much more amazing lore.
