It's more progression fantasy.

No game lit in it at all. Seems a bit slow at times. I believe it's a great start to a new series. it's got some great fantasy. The MC is a bit crotchety for a young man but I like it. Makes him have a world view of where he came from.

Would have been 5 stars if it was really a litrpg or didn't make the claim it was.

great read with interesting progression system

I love the MC and the rest of the characters. interesting dialogue that didn't focus on descriptions the entire time!

Good story, lacks technique

There is little variety in the writing. person A said, person B said, person A said... no variety, but a good story with fun characters.

The voice actor occasionally drops cadence and often changes voices/acents/inflections for the same character.

Overall, it is an enjoyable story. worth the read :)

Great listen!

I will start off by saying for those that it want a book with all the game mechanics this is not for you.. But if you truly enjoy an imaginative story good character development and an easy good listen this is the book for you. I am eagerly awaiting the follow up to this wonderful story.
