So good I read it 3 times and began using the tools I learned immediately with great results!

Being a manager in any industry can be tough. This book provides tangible principles to implement even though, it will be challenging. The steps to success are not easy but with this book I feel I will achieve more wins.

just another mediocre coaching book

the narrator was really passionate and easy to listen to, but the content is just too much like others in this genre. a few things that are beneficial and A LOT OF FILLER. It's basically him just selling to you how great he is.
