Love this Story So Much!

Portia Moore’s “Shattered Pieces” marks the end of the “If I Break” Series—or does it? I’m unsure, to be honest. I thought the previous book was it and was quite satisfied with the ending; I was hesitant to pick this one up because I didn’t want it to impact how I felt about the story. But curiosity won, and I immediately dived right in and was not disappointed. “Shattered Pieces” is heart-wrenching, if not more, than the rest of the other books. It overlaps the story with a different angle and goes into further depth. I love that.

Once again, Aaron Shedlock did a phenomenal job with the traits he was portraying.

The story did leave me with more questions about other characters, though. However, Author Portia Moore has that taken care of with stories of their own already written. The series was well worth my time and tears.

Why did it have to end??

It’s been a while since I’ve read/listened to a series that had me so enthralled that I finished in just a few days. It was so unique, I couldn’t put it down…or away.

The characters were very well written. And for her to keep the alters separate without mixing up the traits to each one was amazing to me. This is definitely going in my to-be-reread pile!

As for the narrators…..SPECTACULAR! Both of them were perfect for the characters they represented. The male voice actor did a wonderful job separating the alters as well.

Definitely will read anything from this author in the future and will listen to many more from these narrators.

Get Ready for a Ride

Loved this series it was very interesting never a dull moment!!!! I read the first book then listened to the rest of the series. Portia Moore writes great stories,and the narrators were perfect !!!!! it is a very dark love story that is all I will write, not giving anything away...... trust me its Great Fab Series and it is a must you will not be disappointed.

Satisfying ending to saga, but

Satisfying ending to saga, but book three had an ending to the saga which was completely different, making it confusing. Still a good read, but not as suspenseful as the other books in saga.

the intimate moments could have been better. everything else was written well. the author did her research about mental disorders.
