Sherlock Holmes Takes the Case

Finally, in a more whimsical vein, Holmes and Watson investigate the magic and mystery surrounding Christmas. And so, dear listener, by all means procure the beverage of your choice, settle into your favourite armchair, and dive into these new stories featuring old friends.

Interesting Stories

These cases were interesting, but did sometimes lack great mystery requiring the best from Holmes. The performance was very good.

Excellent stories

Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson have eight new adventures all over the UK and Scotland. I enjoyed the stories including the ones that didn’t have a usual Holmesian resolution. I was very frustrated by the theft of the ancient scrolls, but loved case of the mysterious presents. The narration was outstanding.

nice selection of stories

these were mote along the lines of traditional pastiches..some more simple solutions than others. but all well written and well presented. I will look forward to reading more of the authors work.

Not what I call a True Case

I was disappointed in a couple of these stories. Though Holmes solved the cases on two if them, he let the killer got. I understood the reasoning on both of these cases, but Sherlock Holmes Stories do not have Vigilante justice in them. so not a true Sherlock Holmes Story. The Narrator does a Great job with the various characters voices and the entire storyline.
