I enjoyed listening to this book as read by the author. She has a great way of guiding the reader through her book as a study guide with many great examples of how to apply what she is teaching or sharing. I finished feeling great about my time spent listening to and following and applying the study recommendations along the way.

Healthy and helpful suggestions

Lots of good things to think about regarding anxiety and forgiveness. I like that she read the Bible verses and didn’t just list them. Makes it easier on the audible version
