You will hear about how he and I have dealt with PTSD. We have been to his unit reunions every year for the last 19 years and have became good friends with the men of C/1/5, and also the wives and family members of those who were killed over 50 years ago.

Great Book!! Very honest and easy to follow.

If you’ve always wanted to know what it was like to walk through the eyes of a young man during the Vietnam War from boot camp to being on the ground in combat, this book is for you. There is a equal mixture of seriousness and humor in this book coupled with the raw contents of his personal experience in combat. This is my 2nd read, and I learn something new each time that allows me to ask my own dad questions that went to Vietnam as well.
