Slow Burn . . .

So, this was the first book that I read/listened to from this author. I am usually torn because I tend to choose my books based on the narrators. I have listened to several books with Ava and of course, I love Troy Duran. But they are only in the book towards the end. I have to admit at times I was a little upset with Sydney because she did not want to let Vaughn in, but overall this was a well-written slow burn. I truly felt as though their relationship developed over time and Sydney had a chance to grow as a person. I am always in love with an alpha male and Vaughn is definitely one of those. So I would wholeheartedly recommend this book and the author. On to my next read.

Absolutely loved!

Vaughn and Sydney were so perfect for each other. After all Sydney had been through she needed someone to believe in her and love her and that’s exactly what Vaughn gave her. He loved her so perfectly it was hard not to fall in love with him. The narrators did a great job really making the emotions come through in the story. Great job!

Silent Target

Silent Target by A. K. Evans was one in the series. I enjoyed it very much. The intrigue, action was exciting. The love story was great. I listened on audiobook. Narration was excellent.

Even better in audio

I first read Vaughn and Sydney’s story when it first came out on kindle. I love the Archer brothers and I do believe this is my favorite of the 3. When it came out on audio I was wanting to do a full redo of the series but in audio - boy am I glad I did! The narration was awesome! A.K. Evans books have all been narrated by wonderful actors/actresses and to have the narrators from the last book come in later in the story, just was icing on the cake! You don’t have to read any of these stories in order but it does enrich the side stories!
