I've ever read for small Business owners. Simple, practical, easy to understand concepts with AWESOME experience and perspective baked in.

Stuff you should know

You can listen to hundreds of business books (like me), and never get the accountant view you need. The best part is how to compare an employee’s cost to their productivity. Hope is not a plan. Analysis of labor costs vs income is a key tool.
