Lumen (FMC) is driven to survive and is so crucially strong. A Lady of a Manor who is strong, humble and kind until it drains the life out of her. This resonates with all strong FMCs…love love that K. MOON (author) sent her to meditate for strength instead of relying upon others . Can’t wait for book 2 and more of Gideon the sexy bear!

This was my first book by Kathryn Moon and I loved it! I wish the 2nd book in the series was on audible. I really loved the narrator.
