The strategies presented are thoroughly researched and the authors do a great job explaining why the methods are effective. They also provide examples of each strategy, and do a great job explaining why popular studying habits are ineffective.

It is very interesting.

I am REALLY glad I finished it because I can see how these study habits will help me do well in my last year of classes, studying for the MCAT, and then classes and board exams once I am in medical school.
